Getting on the same page is a good first step in collaborating on any project.
It gets people to understand the goals, the message, and the story that the group needs to tell.
But to get on the same page means that we’re initially coming from different pages.
This may seem to be a problem, but it’s really something that can help our project succeed.
Working with a mix of varying viewpoints that can ask hard questions is more challenging than a group where everyone thinks the same, but that doesn’t mean it’s better.
