Finding the positives

Sometimes the positives can be few and far between.

But looking for them, even if they’re really hard to spot, and taking something away is often times more effective than starting from scratch.

Instead of focusing on who didn’t get your message or open your newsletter or share your post, and getting rid of the strategy altogether, focus on those who did. Learn from them.

It’s not easy to do, but it is worth it in the long run.
