Timelines

When your goal is to keep your clients up to speed with your project, a timeline is a great way to do it.

It not only allows them to follow along and know what to expect, but it also allows you to understand the steps and see where the holes may be.

If you opt not to do this, that’s your own decision.

But don’t be surprised when an unhappy customer creates a timeline of their own to refute the work you claim you did.
