How short can your message be?

Albert Einstein once said, “Make things as simple as possible, but not simpler.”

This is a question worth asking when it comes to how we communicate with our customers.

Our world has an attention problem.

It may not be that what you have is bad, or useless, or for the wrong market. In fact, you may have something just the opposite.

But when it comes to telling them about it, if you can’t do it in a way they can understand, and without talking down to them, then they may have moved on already.
