Improving

Improving what you offer to your customers is something everyone should be doing. The question is how to do it.

Do you make slight adjustments, giving them what they already have, but just a little bit better?

Or do you invest that time and energy, instead, on something new and innovative?

Each have their pros and cons, and it’s our job and our responsibility to decide.

We only have so many hours in the day. Use them carefully.
