Consistent messaging

Just because a message is consistent doesn’t mean it’s a good one.

The NCAA’s message on student athletes is a consistent one, yet it consistently misses the mark.

When you serve people and you have a goal to have a consistent message, be sure you check the data to see if what you’re saying is actually resonating with those you’re trying to reach.
