Making changes, either to your business, a product you use, or a service that you rely on, could come with hidden costs.
It’s our job to ask more questions to uncover what these costs could actually be.
“If we go with solar panels, how much labor for installation will we have to pay and when will we recoup that?”
“If we change the logo, how many physical items on the premises will we have to replace?”
“If we go with this other web provider, what’s the learning curve for our team?”
All of these will cost money and time and should certainly be considered.
Even more though, there are hidden costs that go beyond money and time. These involve things like reputation and emotional toll.
It may cost a few more dollars in the short run to go with clean energy, but what prices will you pay down the road in other ways?
