Does the story that you’re telling your customers align with what they actually think of what you provide? We may think this is the case, but often it tends to be even slightly off.
Communicating your story to them can take some heavy lifting too. People are skeptical, busy, not paying attention.
How then, can we get customers to listen to us?
First, by providing something that a community or group of people want. Next, by doing this consistently.
The more our story is inconsistent or misguided or self serving, the more you have to resort to yelling, and no one likes that.
