Forgetting

One of the most frustrating things is when you have a good idea and then forget what it is. Which then leads to the question, if it was so good, then why did you forget it, and maybe more importantly, if you knew you could forget it, why didn’t you write it down?

We tend to focus our time and energy on things that are important to us. These aren’t always the same things that we tell others are important to us.

If we want to change something about ourselves, understanding the difference can help us make better decisions with what we do with an extra two minutes.
